Service Owner it is someone who want to sell his own designed services. Usually he buys bulk bandwidth and sells his own services vision.
The most elegant and professional way of working witch such kind of partners is to create them management accounts, give them rights and let them to build their own business structure:

- their own IP bind to their own services, setup prices, triggers, etc.
And doing all this without asking you for help, because the Management Interface is easy and intuitive.
